Flor Blanca Resort Florblanca is on the Pacific Ocean on the very tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. Designed for low impact, privacy and exclusion.......11 extravagant villas on 6 acres of white sand beach. Occupancy when full is only 30 people. The area is an ecologists dream; birds, iguanas, many troops of Howler monkeys and a most untouched forest surround you. The villas are very open air, but the bedrooms will surrender to even the most timid of travelers with first class bedding, temperature control a.c. or optional fresh air living. The bathrooms are Balinese with open air showers, sunken tubs and gardens. Colors are earth tones and soothing; the entire resort sinks into the gardens and sea, the swimming pool is designed with beach entrance and small cascading waterfalls. Owners recognized the remoteness and provided all activities on "campus" with full time, university trained guides. Lovers of yoga and pilates will celebrate the oceanfront yoga center and daily classes. Florblanca Resort also has a small executive gym and spa. Long term guests will discover more activities than they will find time for!!
There are 8 one bedroom, one bath villas with large living areas, small refrigerators, oceanfront verandas, large open air Balinese style bathrooms with sunken tubs and showers. Temperature control a.c. in all the bedrooms. There are 3 two story villas with two bedrooms and two bathrooms designed for 4 to 6 persons. The villas all have ocean facing verandas; some have peek ocean views, but all have incredible jungle feeling with lush gardens creating a very private living.
